Independence Day and Local Heroes Celebration at Tempe Marketplace
Where: District Stage in Tempe Marketplace
When: July 2nd from 7 p.m.- 9 p.m.
Admission: Free
In honor of Independence Day Resurgence, Valley residents can come meet our local heroes and enjoy free food and drink samples from Coldstone Creamery, Core Natural, Harkins Theatres and more. The first 300 people will get an American flag.

Light Up the Sky
Where:  Maryvale Baseball Park at 51st Avenue
When:  July 2nd, 6:30 p.m.-9:30 p.m.
Admission: free
This is a free, non-alcoholic, family fun event that will feature a variety of food and refreshments. Only sealed water bottled allowed. Fireworks start at 9:10 p.m.

Red, White and Boom
Where: Pecos Park at 48th Street and Pecos Road
When: July 3rd, 5 p.m.-10 p.m.
Admission: Free
Celebrate this Ahwatukee Foothills Chamber of Commerce free event with a water activities, a zip line and carnival games. Fireworks blast off at 9 p.m.

Independence Day Music Festival
Where: Salt River Fields at Talking Stick
When: July 3rd 5 p.m.
Admission: $25-$85
Kick off the weekend with a Wilco and Dr. Dog concert and a firework show.

Chandler’s 4th of July Firework Spectacular
Where: Tumbleweed Park at Germann and McQueen roads
When: July 4th, 7 p.m. Fireworks start at 9 p.m.
Admission: Free, $5 charge for parking
Come enjoy 25 minutes of a festive firework show. Food and non-alcoholic drinks are available but the public is welcome to bring their own, drinks must be non-alcoholic. Visit the website for more parking and event info.

Sole-A-Bration: Dinner and West Coast Swing Showcase
Where: Arizona Ballroom at Camelback Inn Resort and Spa
When: July 4th 5:30p.m
Get ready to sole-a-brate at the swing-n-soles benefit dinner and show. Cocktails start at 5:30, buffet opens at 6 and the showcase begins at 7 p.m.

Scottsdale’s 4th of July Celebration at Westworld

Fabulous Phoenix Fourth
Where: Steele Indian School Park at 3rd street and Indian School Rd
When: July 4th, 6 p.m.-10p.m.
Admission: Free
Enjoy the 30th annual free, non-alcoholic family event. Local entertainers, food and drink vendors, art and a classic car display. Plus a Kids World! Fireworks’ start at 9:30 p.m.

4th of July Splash Bash
Where: Litchfield Park Recreation Center
When: July 4th, 10 a.m.-5p.m.
Admission: $2
Cool off during the day on July 4th with water games, kids’ activities, a DJ and a snack bar.

Fireworks Show at Wigwam Arizona
Where: Wigwam Arizona Patriotic Course #1 Fairway
When: July 4th at 8:30 p.m.
Admission: Free
Wig out on the fourth at Wigwam with live entertainment, DJs and BBQ and drink specials. Fireworks start at 8:30 p.m., bring your own chairs and blankets. Kid Zone separate pricing.

32nd Annual All American Festival
Where: Peoria Sports Complex
When: July 4th, 5 p.m.
Admission: $12
Enjoy a full evening of entertainment for everyone—no, really. There will be a Country Zone, a Rock and Roll Zone and a Blue and Cornhole Zone. Likewise, there are Kids and Water Zones. Celebrate the 4th at this non-alcoholic event. Free parking, kids 12 and under are free. Fireworks start at 9:15 p.m.

Arizona Celebration of Freedom
Where: Downtown Mesa
When: July 4th, 6 p.m.-10:30 p.m.
Admission: Free
This Mesa celebration features entertainment, classic cars and motorcycles, beer gardens, patriotic displays and family fun. Fireworks start at 9:45 p.m.

Tempe Town Lake 4th of July Festival
Where: Tempe Town Lake
When: July 4th, 5 p.m.-10:45 p.m.
Admission: $5
Lay out on the lawn this 4th at the Tempe Town Lake for live entertainment, games and fireworks choreographed to music, set to launch from the Mill Avenue Bridge at 9:15 p.m.

3rd Annual Westgate Firework Fest
Where: Westgate Entertainment District
When: July 4th, 5 p.m.-9:30 p.m.
Admission: Free
Come to the entertainment district for music, more than 20 restaurants and family fun!
